Smith Journal

Smith Journal was a quarterly magazine last seen on shelves in early 2020.  A title for the discerning reader, taking unexpected, interesting, funny and sometimes complicated stories and telling them the way you would to a bunch of friends at the pub.

The people behind Smith wanted to create something they’d be happy to read themselves. That they would happily slap down on the coffee table, or display proudly on the toilet reading rack. Something that looked good, but had substance, wit and inspiration. That was about remembering, reviving and revamping forgotten traditions, skills and technologies … and backpedalling just enough to appreciate the good stuff in life.
